Nets Norway AS (hereafter referred to as Nets Norway) has developed the system Nets Mobile ID to be used for remote login when employees, contractors and other partners are going to access Nets services from outside Nets, for instance when having remote office.
Personal information that is needed for use of Nets Mobile ID solution
The Nets Mobile ID solution needs to know your full name, mobile phone number and the operating system on the mobile phone (iOS, Android or other). The information is collected when you apply for using Nets Mobile ID. In addition the solution needs your e-mail address and Nets login id. This information is retrieved from Nets internal systems used for managing user accounts.
No more personal information is collected or used by the system. The system does not link the personal information with any other technical information. The app itself does not require any personal information from the user.
The personal information that is collected by use of Nets Mobile ID solution will be used solemnly for authentication purposes.
The following is valid for the information collected:
- Nets Norway treats your personal information in according to the prevailing national laws. See Norwegian Personal Data Act.
- Nets Norway does not apply the personal information on any other purposes than specified above.
- Nets Norway does not collect any personal information about you by use of the app.
- If the app in the future should have to collect any other personal information, the information will not be collected without asking for permission either by user dialog or by change in the terms and conditions.
- Nets Norway does not distribute your personal information to any parties without a legal basis in law, regulations, or by order from public authorities.
Cookies and technical information
Anonymous information regarding the use of Nets Mobile ID and remote office can be collected for statistics purpose and to improve the service. Anonymous information will also be used for safety and security purposes.
