Re-arranging fields at Create order page
At Create new order page we have moved the “Group and order name” field to be shown above the “File upload” field. Its only the order of the fields at the page that are re-arranged, its still the same functions. This is done to adjust the page to fit the new feature in change regarding "Multiple documents and multiple archives" described below.
BankID NO login
For customers using BankID NO for login, we have updated to the latest BankID client. The users will be presented with the new BankID look and feel.
Orderlist, Signer details and Cancel order
We have added additional details at Order list-> View order page:
- At Order list page->orders in status Signed and Sent out->View order: we have added a change log where we show the changes done on signer email, name, mobile no, SSN/CVR/RID/PPI, who changed and when. Go to View order page and click on icon for Signer history details and you will see a new table/log.
- At Order list page->orders in status Cancelled: we have added information regarding who cancelled the order and when. In addition, if the caseworker added a reason for cancelling, we show the text as well. Go to Order list page, choose Cancelled and click on View icon. In the email template, cancel by and reason is added as one of the standard option.
Find my superuser
We have made it easier for a caseworker to find who is the superuser at their company. At top right menu, next to the caseworkers name we have added a new icon in Trust portal for “Find my super user”. Click on the icon and you will get a popup window showing details of who are the superusers for your company and you easily get to know who to contact.
Multiple documents and multiple archives
Until now, you could sign multiple documents in the same signing order, but they needed to be archived in the same archive. For signing orders containing more than one document, we have now added the possibility to archive each document in different archives or different document groups/types. In Create new order page (if you add more than one document), a checkbox will be shown “Use different document template for each signed document.” If the checkbox is checked, the archive details section is shown for selection of each of the uploaded documents.
Here is an image of Create new order page with two documents, and the checkbox “Use different document template for each signed document” is checked.
Make appearance common to all services
Upload logo section is now available for all services.
- For E-Archive: Go to Configure E-Archive page in the top menu, here you can upload a logo
- For ID-Rights: Go to Configure ID-Rights in the top menu, here you can upload a logo
- For E-Signing: Appearance menu is removed from Administration menu dropdown. Go to Configure E-Signing in the top menu, here you can upload a logo, general heading, and add text to be available on signing page

Date field format is now uniformed throughout all pages in Trust Portal, in this format: dd/mm/yyyy
Page pagination
We have changed the Archive search result page to automatically enable button for “Show all records” to On. If the user wants to reduce the result, they can switch off “Show all records” and instead do normal pagination 0-25/25-50 etc. Whatever the user choose, will be remembered for next search, even after logging off and back in again.
Swedish language changes
If you use Swedish language in your portal, we have fixed translations for all the missing text (previous in English)
Adaptive on mobiles
If you sign on mobiles/pads, we have fixed the size of window so now it is adaptive
Bug fixes
- At Orderlist page we have fixed a bug where downloading signed PDF was failing if the document name contains comma
- At Group page (Administration) we have fixed this; after sorting, the search function was not working
- At Group page (Administration), for edit & setup internal notification we have added validation so only unique addresses can be registered if more than 1 email id is entered. In the edit group it is specified as “Detailed control of notifications” section and in the group set up it is “Set internal notification” section
- At create new order page we have fixed if you enter non-valid value in the field for ssn/passportnumber/RIDnmber; now we show the validation messages
- At Create new order page when Default eID is configured to Not selected: We have removed the field for National ID number. This field will only appear when you have chosen eID (because the field is dependent on which ID you choose)

Belgian eID login
We have added support for Belgian ID as eID for login to Trust Portal
SMS notification
If the feature is enabled at customer level, you as a caseworker can send a notification to the signer through SMS, saying ex. signer need to check their email for a document to be signed. The caseworker needs to enter the signer’s mobile number while creating the order. The superuser at your company can add or change the content in the notification. If the superuser in addition add the caseworker’s mobile number (in User administration) the caseworker will get an SMS notification when an order is signed. As mentioned, this is in addition to email notifications.
Changes for archive search and upload pages
Throughout the pages where there is a search field and search button, you can now type in the search field and press “Enter” to start the search. In addition the search can be done by clicking the search button (current function). Pages where there are more than one search field, you still need to press search button.
The search button is now added as fixed/sticky element at the pages.
Fix related to edit/save archive details
We have found and fixed bugs related to edit/save archive details and date formats
Horizontal scroll at Archive search result page
At page for search results in E-Archive, we have introduced horizontal scroll so if you have many indexes/columns you want to be present then you now can check for this at the Administration - Layout page, and at the bottom of the search result page you can scroll to see all. We will develope scroll bar also at the top of the page, and make the heading fixed - this will come in later release.
Fix for logging off the system when not in use (timed out)
We have fixed a bug related to logging off the system after inactivity. After 20 minutes inactivity the user is now logged off and presented the login page

Two-factor authentication when using UN/PW
Due to security improvements we now introduce two-factor authentication when a user log in to Trust portal by using Username/Password. The user will get a 6-digit code by email, and the code need to be entered during login process.
Download more than one signed document at the time
We have now changed so a caseworker can choose to download more than one signed order at the time, from Order list page
Superuser can add SSN for an existing user
Previously when you needed to change or add SSN for a user, you had to delete the user and then create a new. Now we are introducing a feature where superuser for your company can add SSN for an existing user with only UN/PW login method or change an existing SSN, in addition for the user to log in by using eIDs. When entered into our system, we will of course mask it
Small improvements in layout
We have done small improvements in the layout, ex. changed icon for re-sending signing url, make it easier to choose which notification a caseworker should receive, increased the font size for some texts and include orderID when you export data to excel.

Add Signer name in create order process
You can now personify your email notification. For each signer’s email address in the create order page you have an option to add signers name (field is optional, you can choose not to enter name). In addition you need to configure the email template with ##SIGNERNAME##,” and the name added in the field will show wherever you add it in the template
Change signer’s email address and name
This is a new feature; now you can edit signer email and signer name for all steps irrespective the order status is active or inactive. In addition you can change the SSN. When you edit name, email address and/or SSN, a new email will be triggered. If you are editing and then enter SSN (it wasn't there when order was created) then a new email will not be triggered.
Restriction; you are NOT able to change any details if the signer has opened the signing link. (Restriction from E-Signing service)
Change date of deletion of order details in order list
Previous we removed documents after 90 days from the portal and you could still see the details of the orders for 180 days. To be more compliant to GDPR, we have changed to removig the documents and the details regarding the order 90 days after signing date. For Expired and cancelled, we will do the same 90 days after due date
Recover of signed PDF; Generate PAdES
This is a new service in Trust portal. If your company has this feature enabled, and the user have the right access, the user get access to a new page in Trust Portal. The user can upload an SDO and recover/generate a signed PDF. This is an invoiceable service. Contact Customer support to enable the feature
Improve error message for "signing failed"
We have improved error messages when singing fails, so it should be easier to understand why it failed
"Include SSN" when signing with MitID and BankID NO
Currently when you create an order and choose BankID NO or MitID you as caseworker need to add the signers SSN in the order creation process to be able to get SSN in the PAdES/SDO. We have now added a possibility to configure this in the “Configure E-Signing” page. If you check for it, you should be able to get the SSN automatically in the SDO/PAdES. SSN will never be provided to external signers, only caseworkers can choose to see. In addition we have added warnings regarding handling SSN according to GDPR regulations. (Your company need licence to handle SSN)
Modify order deadline
We have added the possibility to re-activate expired orders. You can change signing deadline for an order that has expired, and then re-send email with the order for signing. At Order list page, go to the expired order and choose View, here you will see the option to change signing deadline.
Restriction; you are NOT able to change any details (name/e-mail address/SSN) if the order is re-activated from Expired status. (Restriction from E-Signing service)
Demo feedback changes
- Display all the services to users even they don’t have access and on click show a message “Please contact Nets/support team to subscribe the service”
- For archive: Rejected documents - warning text improvements
- For E-Signing: In Email Template group tagging, for non-editable groups we give an info of why it is not editable

We have found and fixed some small translation bugs for Norwegian language. We also have fixed scroll-bar at the page for create a new group and then add users to that group. We have fixed an intermittent bug at Order list page, where the spinning wheel showed even if the search result is present. In addition we have fixed a bug for E-Archive, to give the right permission related to download a document (one by one) and download all documents.
Note! For the time being you can only add one document at the time when you create an order. Adding multiple documents in one go is currently not working, we are looking into how to solve an issue related to this function.

Rebranding E-Signing Portal to Trust Portal
A new version of Nets E-Signing Portal is to be launched with improved design, and re-named "Trust Portal".
For E-Signing service we will introduce an improved workflow around Group set up. In the new version you can create group, add users to that group, add/use existing email templates to the group, and connect to different notifications all in one go. User administration will be part of the header menu and now you can create users along with the required permissions directly during creation of user. We also introduce My settings in the header menu, where the users can select their default language, company, and page upon login every time.
In addition to this, if you also have the E-Archive service the most noticeable change is that you will no longer need to switch to another web page to access your archives.
