Bo Nilsson, a Danish national, has a proven track record in senior management positions, building and leading multinational businesses. In 2007, he co-founded Grupo Leya, an international educational publishing business with operations in southern Europe, Brazil and Africa. From 2000 to 2006, Bo Nilsson served as CFO and board member of Media Capital, one of the leading media companies in southern Europe.
Stig Poulsen, current Head of Accounting and Finance Operations at Nets, will serve as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is appointed.

Hansen, Interim Chairman of Nets, said: "After guiding Nets for a number of years and having worked for a long period on the transaction that successfully closed on 9 July 2014, Mette Kamsvåg has decided that this is the appropriate time to hand over to a new leader. On behalf of the board, I would like to thank her for her many years of hard work with the group. She was instrumental in the 2010 merger between BBS and PBS and has lead the Group through a series of successful acquisitions, leaving Nets a major player with 2,600 employees and offices in 5 countries.
