Three years into the merger with Nexi Group, Nets takes the next step on the change journey welcoming Allan Bonke as new Country General Manager in Denmark. This reflects a focus on continuing the commercialization of the company, levering the strengths of being part of the leading European Paytech, while applying a local customer approach.

Allan Bonke brings solid experience from IT, Telco, and the financial industry, and has a proven track record in driving operational excellence in market leading companies, while delivering new and innovative solutions to a demanding market. This makes him the ideal person to lead our business in Denmark forward”, says Lars Erik Tellmann, Chief Regional Officer for Nexi Group in Nordics.
With this change, Jeppe Juul-Andersen will be leaving Nets.
“I want to thank Jeppe for his time in Nets, not least the dedication and leadership he has shown as the Country General Manager for Denmark the last couple of years. His efforts have been vital in the initial steps of our journey as part of Nexi Group,” Lars Erik Tellmann adds.
Changes to board
At the same time, the composition of the Nets Denmark A/S board, which governs all Nordic activities in Nexi Group, is also changed. Previous CEO of Nets, Bo Nilsson, will step down as chair of the board of Nets Denmark A/S. Bo has decided to leave to focus on other projects, which comes as a natural step following his departure from the Nexi Group Board in Spring. Instead, Nets brings in two members of the Executive Group Management.
“I want to thank Bo for all his efforts and contribution for Nets/Nexi during the past years. With the board change we get representation from the Group Executive Committee, that match the need of our business, and helps us ensure an agile ongoing operation of the Nordic Group business”, Lars Erik Tellmann ends.
Gianluca Ventura, Group CHRO and part of the Executive Management in Nexi Group, will step in as new Chair of the board.
